We are small family owned and operated business that is proud to be a part of the Kihei, Maui community. 

We are originally from Los Angeles, CA where we own several real estate companies, including South Bay City Realty and the Transaction  Coordinator Team. 

We are licensed real estate agents in both Hawaii and California with more than 20 years of experience in property management ranging from short-term vacation rentals to large 100+ unit apartment buildings. We are also avid real estate investors, specializing in vacation rentals and renovating properties.

During the process of purchasing and operating our first vacation rental in Kihei, we noticed that there was very little help for people who preferred to manage their vacation rental themselves but didn't live on island. After helping a number of off-island owners with their vacation rentals, Maui On Island Agent, was officially created in 2017 to help other owners achieve their dream of owning a successful vacation rental business in Maui.
