We are a small, family-owned and operated business, proud to be part of the Kihei, Maui community.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, we own and operate several real estate companies, including South Bay City Realty and The Real Estate Support Team. We are licensed real estate agents in both Hawaii and California, with over 20 years of experience in property management—from short-term vacation rentals to large-scale apartment communities of 100+ units.

In addition to our professional background, we are active real estate investors with a focus on land acquisition, vacation rentals, and property renovations.

While purchasing and operating our first vacation rental in Kihei, we quickly realized there was a gap in the market—very few services existed for owners who wanted to self-manage their properties but didn’t live on island.

After assisting several off-island owners set up and operate their properties, Maui On Island Agent was officially founded in 2017 to provide reliable, on-island support and help others successfully own and manage vacation rentals on Maui.
